Foster son  = Rev. Samuel Charles Locke, b. 1798, of St. Alban’s Hall, Oxford.  Ordained 1817.  Curate at Bramshott.  Served in England until 1829.  See: Anglican Clergy Database for Diocese of Winchester.  Lived in Antwerp with his foster parents after 1829 until 1840
