Farnham Girls' Grammar School
Old Girls' Association

Written in 1975 by the OGA Editor, Hilary Earl (née Newitt).

Copies of the book sold out very quickly
but it can now be downloaded by
 clicking here.

The file is a 3.6 Mb pdf file, which will be a long download on a slow modem (at least 45 minutes),
so you may want to get a cup of tea whilst this is going on.
Faster modems will be correspondingly shorter and broadband should take no more than 2 minutes.
To read the file, you need the Adobe Acrobat reader, which is free. If this is not already installed on your computer,
click the Adobe icon below to get the software.

The original book has been scanned and then read with ‘OCR’ (optical character recognition).
This is not totally error-proof and a few misprints will be found in this text,
though it is possible to deduce the correct meaning throughout. It may
help to know that the £ sign is sometimes misread as the letter E!
We have experimented with producing a true facsimile version of the original
book but it produces an extremely large file that would be very difficult for
most people to download.
