Year Groups Search and Meet

Various groups searching for their contemporaries, with a view to meeting up and renewing old friendships, have generated great excitement. At least a couple of dozen years have done this and found the whole experience very worthwhile. The detective work can be rather time consuming but the reward is usually well worth the effort and the sense of achievement is great when a long lost school friend is finally found.

If the subsequent meeting is at an Old Girls’ Reunion or Party the enjoyment is shared by everyone. It provides further proof that promoting friendships, as well as keeping memories of the school alive, is what Old Girls’ is all about.

Often mini groups arrange to meet up for a meal and a chat to remember old times and talk about all they have achieved in the intervening years. A few of these happy occasions are reflected in the pictures here. All  photographs, borrowed for display, are carefully returned to their owners.
